These are a long-time favourite recipe with added home grown Crushed Chillies of Carolina Reapers, Morugo Trinidad Scorpion & Ghost chillies. so not for the faint-hearted, these are hot ….veryyyyyy hot….
Scotch Bonnets, while not considered one of the hottest peppers in the world, it still has a respectable level of heat. They range from 100,000 to 350,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU), which is anywhere from 12 to 140 times hotter than a jalapeno pepper.
