Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Peppermint, Hibiscus, Rooibos, Apple, Orange, Raspberry leaf, Sunflower, Lavender, Rose petals.
This tea is recommended for people with sleeping disorders, Rooibos has soothing and relaxing properties, lemon balm and lavender flowers has a calming effect on the body.
All the ingredients are my own apart from Rooibos after discovering the benefits I wanted to add it to my new blend.
