A proper country chutney with a cheeky twist. This hearty, small-batch blend brings together a medley of earthy carrots, sweet Swede, tender cauliflower, and juicy apples, all gently simmered in apple cider vinegar and infused with the rich, malty character of Broad Town Brewery’s Shire Brown Ale.

We’ve thrown in a generous handful of dates for natural sweetness and layered in warm spices like mace, ginger, cinnamon, and a bright hint of orange to give it a comforting, festive kick. Finished with a touch of Celtic sea salt and cracked black pepper, this chutney is bold, balanced, and just a little bit naughty.

Perfect with mature cheddar, cold cuts, or piled high on a crusty doorstep sandwich.
