Professor Plum Jam

Description

A proper old-fashioned plum jam, rich, dark and gloriously fruity. Made in small batches using ripe, juicy plums, it has that perfect balance of deep sweetness with a gentle tart edge that makes plum jam such a classic.
Wonderful piled onto hot buttered toast, spooned over warm scones, or sneaked straight from the jar when nobody’s looking.
Like all Little Bag of Herbs preserves, it’s handmade the traditional way, simple ingredients, plenty of fruit, and a lot of care in every batch.
