Inspired by rustic ratatouille, it’s sweet, tangy, and full of depth, with no chilli heat—just rich, comforting Mediterranean flavour.
Delicious with hard cheeses, grilled halloumi, roasted vegetables, crusty bread, or stirred into couscous and pasta for a flavourful twist.
