BlackBerry Bourbon & VanillaJam

I couldn’t think of three flavours that complimented each other better. The result is a sweet and mellow and earthy blackberry jam that has a bold but subtle touch of bourbon. Made in small batches and traditional stove top method. Yummy on thick buttered toast, or spoon on porridge or yoghurt 😋
