A layered jam with a smooth pear & apple base, topped with a vibrant mix of summer berries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants and blueberries.
Sweet, slightly sharp, and packed with hedgerow flavour. Handmade in small batches and as good on toast as it is straight off the spoon.
